The city of Dubai is gearing up to host a major event in the cryptocurrency and Web3 sectors – the TOKEN2049 conference, set to take place on April 18th and 19th, 2024. The event, due to be held at the luxurious Madinat Jumeirah resort, is expected to attract an international audience of over 7,500, underlining its key position within the global crypto community.
The initial list of speakers for the event includes some of the sector’s most respected figures. Among the more than fifty speakers slated to talk are Paolo Ardoino, CEO of Tether; Sandeep Nailwal, Co-Founder of Polygon; Arthur Hayes, Co-Founder of BitMEX; Roger Ver, angel investor and founder of Bitcoin.com; Sergey Nazarov, Co-Founder of Chainlink; and Daniel Alegre, CEO of Yuga Labs.
Alex Fiskum, Co-Founder of TOKEN2049, is very excited about the upcoming event. In light of the recent successful TOKEN2049 event in Singapore, there are high expectations for the Dubai event. Already, registration numbers are in the thousands, setting the stage for a sell-out conference.
But TOKEN2049 Dubai is more than just presentations and discussions. In connection with the conference, TOKEN2049 Week will take place from April 15 to 21, featuring a range of side events, exclusive networking opportunities, and workshops catering to varied interests in the crypto and Web3 sectors.
The conference is already backed by numerous title sponsors, including big players in cryptocurrency exchanges, marketplaces, and investment platforms such as BingX, CoinW, Zeebu, M2, TRON, and DWF Labs. Furthermore, the event will host exhibitors from all over the world, giving them an opportunity to spotlight their projects. Looking at the previous TOKEN2049 conference in Singapore, which saw over 300 exhibitors and more than 10,000 attendees, there is little doubt that the Dubai conference will set new records in the MENA region while reinforcing TOKEN2049’s position as the premier global Web3 event series.
